3 Exercises To Reduce Waist Size, Burn Fat, And Speed Up Your Metabolism

I'm going to give you some exercises to reduce your waist size like a disappearing David Copperfield, burn off fat like it was incinerated in a furnace, and speed up your metabolism like it's doing 85 mph in a 65 mph zone.

Seriously, this has nothing to do with jogging, situps and other crap like that. Here are 3 "next generation" exercises that you can do without wasting your time going to the gym.

Exercise to Reduce Waist Size - Vacuum Pose
The vacuum pose is a superior exercise for losing inches off your waist fast. My clients average 1.75 inches lost in less than a month... in just 5 minutes a day!
Here's what you do... you suck in your belly button (be sure it's your lower stomach area, your belly button... not your upper belly region). Suck it in until you can't anymore. Then hold that "pose" for 15-60 seconds. The longer the better. Rest a bit, then repeat. Do for a total of 5 minutes each day, not counting the rest times.

Exercise to Burn Fat - Hindu Squats
Hindu squats are incredible for stripping off layers of fat because they create such a huge oxygen deficit within your body, that your body is forced to burn off fat for quick energy.
What you do is squat up and down without weights as fast as you can... while touching or swiping your finger tips on the ground with each repetition. Do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. Once you can do that without any problems, do 200 repetitions in under 10 minutes.

Exercise to Speed Up Your Metabolism - Jumping on a Mini-trampoline
This is one of my favorite exercises, if not my favorite, to do. You simply jump up and down on the thing. Why does this work for speeding up your metabolism so good? Well, there's a trick to it. Do it during 2 minute tv commercials. In essence, you're creating mini-workouts.

Multiple mini-workouts are way better than 1 longer workout as far as speeding up your metabolism. Think of it like this. You are tweaking your metabolism to go faster more often. If you do this often enough, it begins to think that the faster speed that you are forcing it into is the normal speed. Eventually, the normal speed will be the faster speed.

Listen, there's about 22 minutes of commercials for a typical 1 hour tv show. So if you just did this during 1 tv show, you got your 1 cardio workout in... a full 22 minutes.
