Super foods are in this wonderful group where the antioxidant, the phytochemicals, the minerals, omega 3 fats, monounsaturated fats and nutritional fiber are found in an amount of fruits and veggies. It is awing to indicate that the foods that make it to this list feature the avocado, apricot, turkey, cacao (chocolate), cinnamon, pomegranate juice among others as the listing is inexhaustible.
