This means that you will find another person who wants to lose weight. You do not have to know why he or she does, the important thing is both of you want to lose the flabs. Ask him if he wants to lose it with you. Create a support system. If you can, build a team of "fitness wannabes" go build it! It will be easier for you to win the battle if you have friends backing you up. The wise adage "no man is an island" is applicable even to fitness.
